This project is a private villa located in the residential community of Arabian Ranches in Dubai. The house has two levels and includes a pool and an outdoor terrace connected to the main living areas.
The villa was designed for a family from Germany who relocated to Dubai and wanted to create a calm, comfortable home that reflects a more European way of living.

The concept combines contemporary minimalism with a sense of comfort and privacy typical for villa living. Special attention was given to spatial flow between indoor and outdoor areas, allowing natural light to fill the interiors while maintaining a feeling of intimacy and relaxation.
The interior is built around the idea of soft minimalism and quiet luxury. The focus is on natural materials, restrained colours and balanced proportions rather than decorative elements.
A continuous microcement floor runs throughout the house, creating a clean and unified base for the interiors. Natural textures play an important role in shaping the atmosphere: linen curtains soften the daylight, while sofas upholstered in natural fabrics in warm beige tones add warmth and comfort to the living spaces.
The colour palette remains neutral and calm, allowing light, materials and texture to define the character of the interior. The result is a home that feels understated, warm and timeless — a space designed for everyday family life with a quiet sense of elegance.
